Energy and Natural Resources Advisor, Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto

Kyle most recently served as a Legislative and Strategic Advisor for the U.S. Department of Energy where he was the Congressional liaison to the Department’s Offices of Fossil Energy and Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy.  Prior to working for the Obama Administration, Kyle served as a Senior Legislative Assistant to Senator Barbara Boxer of California where he advised the senator on energy, conservation, public land management, and infrastructure policy, and worked on legislation concerning natural gas storage, national monument designation, transportation safety, and energy-efficient building tax incentives.
