The ESCC facilitates a collaborative learning process, providing a network for cities to learn from each other before, during and after the transition process. We provide the essentials that cities need to communicate their goals and participate effectively with their community, share lessons learned, and solve problems together with other ESCC cities. We provide overall project management and coordinate ongoing fleet evaluations, allowing cities to adapt quickly to new challenges and opportunities as they transition their vehicles from petroleum fuels to alternative fuels, like electricity and natural gas.
